The room reservation is considered binding once you have received the written confirmation. Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before arrival, provided that a refundable rate has been booked. For cancellations 13 days or less before arrival, the total amount of the reservation will be charged (excluding tourist taxes). In case of a no-show, late arrival, or early check-out, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Breakfast is always included in our bookings. You can book half-board on-site.

From Wiler to Lauchernalp: CHF 20 per basket. From Wiler to the hotel by snow groomer: CHF 60 per basket (winter only). Luggage transport can be booked directly with Lauchernalp Bergbahnen. Dogs are welcome on request.We charge CHF 10 per night. Please bring everything your dog needs (food, dog bed, blanket, etc.).
