Reduction for children
Valid if the children stay in the same room with two full-paying persons.
- Children under 6 years stay free of charge
- Children from 6 to 16 years receive 50% discount
Dogs
Only on request ( Fr. 10.- per day without food), please bring your own dog blanket or basket.
Arrival in summer
We are also accessible by car.
- You need a permit for the road Wiler-Lauchernalp. This is available on the Parking Pay App. Choos Fahrbewilligung Wiler-Lauchernalp
- Free parking in front of the hotel on the Lauchernalp (requires a driving permit).
Arrival in winter
In winter you can reach us with the cable car Wiler/Lauchernalp. One piece of luggage per person can be taken into the gondola free of charge.
- Use public parking spaces in Wiler.
- Luggage transport from Wiler to Lauchernalp station per basket CHF 20.-
- Luggage transport from Wiler to the hotel per basket CHF 60.- (incl.snow groomer)
Booking
The room is considered to be definitely booked when we confirm the booking in writing and this contract is reconfirmed by you in writing within 14 days.
Cancellation conditions
Please understand that we cannot accept room cancellations free of charge. We recommend a cancellation costs insurance - we will be happy to give you information.
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge. From 29 to 15 days prior to arrival, we must charge you 50% of the package price. For cancellations 14 days or less prior to arrival, the total price of the package is due.

To pay your hotel bill we accept cash, debit and credit cards (Mastercard and Visa)
