In winter, the winter sports paradise of Lauchernalp, with its excellent infrastructure and snow guaranteed, attracts visitors. The sunny ski area offers 55 km of pistes up to 3,111 metres above sea level and opens up a very special kind of freeride area. The Lauchernalp is just as popular among active skiers from beginners to "pros" as it is among families with small children, snowboarders and friends of the white splendour. The ski area offers everything a skier's heart desires from easy blue to challenging black runs.
